stock S2 3b iyectors and fuel pump

hello friends, i have a question for the S2 gurus.

with the stock fuel pump and iyectors of S2 3b,how many hp power can do perfectly?? i say that because i will buy a new turbo with capacity to 380 hp (not the k26 and k24 7200) and i am thinking if i will must change my fuel pump and iyectors.

As a simple rule injector cc = bhp

so 630cc's 600hp this is just a rough rule, you can up the pressure and run more of course.

I would change to a bosch 044 fuel pump to be safe

You can upgrade the fuel pump to a bosh motor sport 044 unit (have a search on here) but injectors that flow more will require a remap.

As for your question on max HP from the stock pump i have no idea sorry but im guessing it would struggle to reach anywhere near 380.

aniway surelly i will change both for better work condition and maybe they are not very expensive. about the bigger inyectors and remap ,i have a "fat" RS2 remap with 300 kpa map sensor in ECU and at the moment my car run perfectly and i bought recently a new tubular exhaust manifold and very near a new turbo because the k 24 7000 will be broken in few time if i run with it in 1,5-1,8bar ,aniway i have an other for change it if it broke someday

The pumps are about £120 + postage and the parts to fit it another £40 odd, Injectors can be anything from £220 onwards depending on make and flow rate.

If you use different injectors you will also need a different fuel pressure regulator. I think the 7A one is quite cheap and can supply sufficient pressure for what your planning.

I doubt you will get away with out a custom remap, but them im defiantly not an expert so good luck

P.s. Just search on here from info on the pump, injectors and the FPR's its all be done before so you should fine plenty of pointers.

maybe i will buy the 034 motorsport fuel regulator and as you say ,an enough good fuel pump and injectors for save it of problems.
