TURBO´s from USA

what do you think guys about this turbos from USA??' are much more less expensive than garret turbos,and KKK turbos buying in Europe...

i saw one kkk27 brand new with T3 flange for only 160 us dollars ,and the same turbo in ebay europe rebuilted maybe are selling for between 350-500€


whats wrong here??? anyone know something??

My guess is they are NOT real Garretts or KKK, etc but clones made in China.

The unit is made in China. Be ware, don't buy it !

Stick with someone like 034, bargains usually cost more money than the real thing in the long term.

Not if your Chinese turbo made of monkey-metal decides to implode and you have to rebuild the engine...

034 turbos are about the going rate. GT28 or GT30 hybrids are about £1000, T04 hybrids are a bit cheaper, as is a new RS2 turbo.

If you want cheap power then get an RS2 turbo in good condition secondhand for about £300.

Probably the best bang for the buck is one of 034's K26/Garrett 3071 or GT30R hybrids that fit on an RS2 manifold. As Andy said, about 1000 GBP with the oil and water lines that are required:

Also, remember that the new Wagner RS2 EVO EM can be had with a T3 flange so you can eliminate the need for a K26 hot side and go 100% Garrett (with oil and water lines).
