I got the papers in about 2003/2004 when I did a lot of work on the car for it to become fully homologated as I took it to Holland to do Rally Nederlands in November 2004. All I can say is try again and at least you have the number.
Too many pages to scan but if you want particular info then let me know. Brake info must run to 20 pages! There is no info on engine component weights and I have read through the Group N and Group A Papers (FIA Article 254 and 255) both downloadable from FIA website, and there is no mention there of component weights. Lighter the better but not made from butter or bananas!
