Ok did some cleaning today...I took the large of the 2 tubes of the PCV system to clean it.As i tried to spray some degreaser through most of the foam was coming back out...What i noticed was that the OLD flame deflector was stuck in the 90 degree bend of the tube and was turned into what the picture shows...
The other one was the one that was new.
I cleaned everything, the return valve was fine but i replaced it anyway along with the rubber tubing.

Now my bigger wonder is how bad is it to run without the deflector??

Also has anynone figured out a way to use it but station it in a way so that it doesnt move from tubing to tubing...??

Don't use carb cleaner on rubber and plastics it tends to melt them, brake cleaner is less aggressive. Or use an engine cleaner product that you can wash off with water.

Thats a great pic, I see your car has the metal tube round the back of the block, good, the rubber thing on the 3Bs just rots out.

ok.i took a picture to show the one way valve.
Those clips are awfull and luckily i do have some replacements with screws.Im planning to remove the large tube first and if possible and there is room to manipulate i will also remove the smaller tube to clean as well.Im going to need lots of carb cleaner...
what shops do they sell those?

    excactly...
i made a list of parts and clips that i may need, and possibly i will be getting to audi dealers tomorrow to get the stuff i need or that may be destroyed during the removal process. After that i will go all the way on removing the PCV tubing to clean it and renew it.The PCV is new anyway,so i will replace the one way valve as well, and remove all dirt and muck from the tubing. That should help i guess!

Very possibly, I don't have one in mine.

I use a tiny socket set to get to the screws on the clips. You did well to get to the PCV Valve, thats not easy, mind you I'm thinking 3B and the battery is in the way, nightmare..

i did!! but i couldnt fit and reach the clips to release the valve.
i only removed the flame deflector. It was quite clean as i change oil regularly, but i wonder if it is bad that it was found stuck in the PCV valve instead of the tube or the hose.I wonder if that could also create an issue...

If you remove the ISV it becomes clear.

    well,tried to reach the valve...
im unable to understand how you can reach it without taking some serious parts off to make room!My hands dont fit in there!
Also audi has those stupid jubille clips that once you pry them out you destroy them and you have to replace them with the screwable ones...So in lack of the jubille clips,i did nothing to the valve.
I removed the flame deflector which i found stuck into the pressure regulating valve.Quite clean though.

Anyway, until i receive some parts from Martyn i will leave it at that...hopefully when there will be a bit of a nicer weather along with the quiteness of the parking area,i will be able to do some serious work.

If so, do you have a picture of it or where it is located as I have 2 pipes coming out of the back of the AAN head.
I think that this will help you:
