A6 1.9TDi air intake hose?

I know it's not S2 related, though it is an Audi so I'm hoping someone can help me, I've been trying to help find an air intake hose for a 2000 model Audi A6 1.9TDi Avant for my Dad. The hose has split and is currently taped up, but eventually the tape gives up and needs re-doing, causing a boost leak and oil to go everywhere.

He's an RAC instructor, so has asked one of the RAC Audi mechanics to get a price and it's over 80 pounds from him so does anyone have any suggestions of where to get it from?
