034 chip set for 3071r with switch up grade

Hi All
Has anyone here had experence with this product, any good ??? i do not have a tuner close & runs ts software for the rs2 turbo runs ok , surges a little low down & surly is not suited to the 3071r. I have thought about using this chip set Any throughts.
