Is there enough space between the bulkhead and windscreen on the S6 (where the wiper motor is). I've considered this on the rally car but will try it on my UR first when I replumb the fuel lines inside the car with the new alloy tank.
No reason why it couldn't go there. Any decent motor factor would match a filter up to available size and fittings but you can do what you want. Plenty of 8mm and 10mm copper pipe and fittings available from the local plumb shop. I'm doing mine in copper this way.
