    anyone rate these exhaust manifolds?

will it flow better than the standard S2 ABY manifold?

It would flow better but from what i've heard it will last about a month.
Just some finishing touches to do now

Skip this bad cheap stuff. It breakes and will cost you more in the end. Several people have tried to run this cheap manifold and all say it works for about a month and then your can throw it away or start re-welding everyting.

          Not always no.

I hate that saying as it's just an excuse used by big companies to pay big prices.

I prefer if it's too good to be true it usually is.

in which case, what manifold should i be looking to get, id like to get a bigger turbo, ideally something to give around the 350bhp mark and plenty of torque...

the car is a standard 94' ABY avant with MTM chip, was on the rollers yesterday at QST and made 286bhp and 380NM

            I just want more power....

If anyone can reccomend what mods including what spec turbo, if i would need new injectors, exhaust manifold etc and what sort of money i would be looking at i would appreciate it

Casten Wagner has very nice manifolds. You can have a look in the forum sponsor section there is details in there of his website and i think he might even be doing discounts to forum members.

Go the RS2 route every time for ~350bhp... Get the original stuff from a good source - not this hocked Chinese scrap iron on eBay. Its all bolt on with RS2 turbo, cams, injectors and an ECU tweak (incl MAP sensor upgrade). Improved further by RS2 intercooler and airbox of course. Say goodbye to £1500 or thereabouts but you will have a proven setup that is daily driveable and not horrendous on juice when cruising.

VAGparts would be my 1st choice - original part from the fatherland at better price than dealer.

You could be lucky with a 2nd hand one, but with a brand new proper item you know you have many years of motoring ahead without fear of stress cracks.
