Damn ticking/squeaking noise is back any ideas?

This is the 3rd time I have had an annoying ticking/squeaking noise from the drivebelt area. The first two times if was the belt tensioner, the brand new part failed 11 months after fitting and the local dealer replaced under warrenty. This time the noise starts as soon as you start the car and lasts around 15 mins then goes. However if I put the AC on full the noise goes after 5 mins which totally baffles me??? I thought maybe due to leaking PS fluid, I've replaced the top screw and seal but still seems to be leaking from underneath. But I dont understand why running the AC helps get rid of the noise. Anyone got any thoughts on this?

So does it happen when the car is at running temp?..sounds like water pump issue

it will still do it with a warm engine on start but the noise goes sooner. I replaced the water pump about Feb 2006 along with the t-stat and housing, thought they last longer than that?

Have you lubricated the belts with water or WD40 to see if the noise goes away?
