What is this turbo please?

Hey Guys

Does anyone now what exactly is this turbo is from?

ausf : 5326 940 6415

Was on my S2, 3b and sprung a large oil leek as the oil feed pipes were not correct and had been bodged to fit!

Question;

Where could I source the correct oil feeder pipe for this?

Since then I have had fitted a K24, with MTM chipping. Spools quicker and the power in 1st and 2nd is great, 3rd,4th revs well to 5k then dribbles to 6 - 6.5k

Is there a way to get more from the K24?

Is there a benefit of having water and oil feeds as on the K24, K26 was just Oil?

Can I put the K26 Blower onto the K24 Hot side ?

Should I put the K26 back on etc?

Other mods on from before:
7A inlet + outlet - maybe a lagging thing going on here?
RS2 Exhaust manifold

basically I am looking to achieve a nice power delivery all the way to 6500 - 7k that spools in about 2800 rpm.

Would be great to know the consensus on the best way forward as bucks for sure need to be planned

It's from C2 body Audi 200 Turbo (red label?)

Yes. Afterrun "suffering" for turbo bearings and oil is much easier.

Not exactly. There are some ways, however it's rebuild of the turbo.

Not recommended. There is no major benefit to do that, except turbo car feel, which I personally prefer (against better torque of K24, and times on the track). Turbo LAG in other words, not the vacuum cleaner .

After such investment your car screams for proper sized turbo (like RS2 or some proper garret)

Hey Sau,

Thanks for the info

Have a set of 3b cams on way so will put the 3b inlet / 7a exhaust which should sort the torque a bit.

Blowing a bit of oil smoke at the mo after renewing some pipe work so hoping that rings arent on their way - ****!

Next is Carstens "intercooler" in preperation

Then a garrett of choice I reckon

So lets hope the oil ersidue settles in or stops one way or another in the next few weeks or in for a major overhall.
