Nice results, interesting to note their correction figure is 32 % for 276.8 bhp

whilst assuming traditional 25% transmission loss at 209.8 I get 262.25 bhp

Miner was 240 ATW and 296 ATF so 60bhp losses.

209 ATW indicates a boost leak or plugs to me. What were the AFRs like?

They calculate with a drivetrain loss of 24.2% at peak power, which is not unheard of.
The Dyno Dynamics dyno is known as the heartbreaker, infamous for giving the lowest numbers in the dyno biz.

Yup, B7 RS4's have laid down 280hp to the wheels on the Dyno Dynamics dyno.

How do they measure boost pressure?
UrS6 - Homefry, Bailey DV, PiperX filter, Samco hoses, H&R springs, 3" D/P back zorst, 270bhp and 260ftlb

Usually they coinnect a line to teh front of the IM where the DV feed comes off, that then goes to a sensor in the dyno. They're calibrated so supposed to be more accurate than your in-dash gauge. Not sure what sort of pressure drop you get along the manifold though...

Ah, ok, I wondered what they were fiddling with under the bonnet.

The problem is that they rely on the well used tube to seal and it doesn't. I had a boost leak on a RR session (and lots of cars were inexplicably running rich) and I think it was down to a leaking hose on teh machine. I had used a fuel pipe clip to hold the pipe in and it hadn't been replaced. Car ran poorly for the first time in ages and some investigation indicated that this was the problem. From then onwards I make the RR operator put a cable tie on their pipe, I'm damed if I'm having £50+ of RR time ruined by someone elses' kit. The other thing I've done is told them to use the gauge as I know what figures I'm expecting and can do a boost leak test beforehand.
