Greetings Peeps,
My AAN 'with head suffering from leprosy
' engine was swapped out last week for a very solid unit which is running as sweet as a nut. The only issue is that as soon as you switch the ignition on the oil pressure level for the turbo dives to the right and stays there
. There are no other issues with the other sensors - oil/water etc. Now before we start heading down the road of negative earths etc - the car that my new engine came out of had a tasty S6 lump dropped in which is running very smoothly but has exactly the same problem.
The work was carried out by the same people
and the likelihood of identical mistakes occurring within 48 hours etc.....
So - I throw it to the forum - any ideas why this might be?
Cheers -
Damian
