    Damn - I just checked S2 Central and the RS2 FPR does have a different part number. Well spotted Mihnea !

    Fuel Pressure Regulator
    3B = 034.133.534 M
    ABY = 078.133.534 A
    ADU = 034.133.534 P

    I got those numbers off ETKA ages ago... Methinks I'll have to investigate more - and check the OFRM to double check stated specs.

          Is there also same adjustable FPR available for Audi like this one:

          Easier than changing FPR for every situation... And for it's 79,00 euro December action a lot cheaper also...

            When I build my ABY with RS2 spec. components, do you recommend to change the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) from ABY to ADU as well? Will the 0,2 bar drop in fuel pressure make a positive/negative/noticable difference?

              No leave it at 4 bar. Makes no difference on remap just make sure the tuner knows.

                i will be running the MTM RS2 chips. I guess these chips take the 3.8 bar into account?

                  I would assume that MTM RS2 chips expect to work with the RS2 FPR - but you might wish to contact them to find out for sure... Otherwise you'll be running too rich if you keep the ABY FPR.

                    So I presume going by these numbers I can leave the FPR on my 3b as it is and not worry about the adu one or does the M & P at the end mean I have to change mine?

                        If you have a 3B and are changing the injectors buy a 7A reg for about £10-20 off ebay that runs at 4 bar

                          Ok cheers, might just be easier to buy a complete engine for all the bits that are of some use. i.e. cams, head, rocker cover, frp.

                            I have gauge on 3B system, and it shows 2.2 bar at iddle. I thought that was wrong, but, after reading this thread, I'm not sure any more. So, what should fuel pressure gauge attached to fuel rail show with engine iddling ?

                            Thanks, Mario
