Cylinder Compressions Golf V5

Ok i know it's not I5 but i am trying to help a friend out with his 185k golf V5, i ran some tests tonight engine hot and these were dry results

1 180 psi
2 150 psi
3 100psi
4170 psi
5 130 psi

Any thoughts???? other that no 3 being down i think it's quite ok for a motor thats done that mileage

I would be looking at the Cylinder 3 100 psi is at least 50 short of what it should be ...valve issue or head gasket gone?

cyl #3 and #4 have some VERY low values. Any soke on th exhaust from burned oil? Does it looses oil frequently? if not... thinkabout take out the head, check for leaks when each valve is closed and replace the head gasket...
