rs2 turbo

Hey all i have a s2 avant aby 12/1994 it got 280hp from a remap, my question can i put a rs2 turbo on and drive it whit no other mods and would it be safe..?

Look at DarrenM's recent thread as he's just put an RS2 turbo on, you'll need a remap so that the fuelling is all OK but it'll work when that's all done.

I ran a hybrid turbo with RS2 cold side on standard map with no ill effects in my 3b

Had it on the rollers as well

My 3b was stock apart from the turbo, was going to get it remapped but ended up changing out the turbo for a k24 and keeping the hybrid for my ABY:mischeif:

Interesting, be good to see what figures you get when it's done. I'm trying to break 300 with a k24, an RS2 on a remapped ABY should be just over 300 but you're limited by the injectors amongst other things to about 320-330 depending on other mods.

Got bigger injectors, was looking at getting a manifold before fitting turbo to get it all done at once but then you start thinking about ........ metal heed gaskets, cams, intercooler help cant stop it
