then it is odd you have 450hp on 1.5bar.what dyno did you have your car on?
It surprised me also But I have done a lot of things to improve the air flow (ported head, bigger valves, big throttle body ect) and it worked out.

The dyno is Dyno Concept 4WD (brake controlled accelerated mode). I have also raced with 420KM EVO VI and nicely went by him on the straight of the race track.

My opinions is that it is possible to have 500HP @ 2.0 bar with 3071R 0.82 A/R and right engine setup.

Well, from what I have gathered, 3071 compressor side just won't flow for 2.0bar at redline. Sorry to say. 470HP has been reached with small turbine housing, but took some doing, and resulted in blown turbo after 30 thousand km (heat damage to exhaust side)

So for going over 400whp you really do need bigger turbo.

Between 400-450 crank HP would be good enough for me, with this early spool-up I have
For a daily driver that is!

for that kind of power GTXX71r (28 or 30) is enough. 3071 is safer because of larger turbine, it manages to keep EGT down in safe levels without blowing up, but that comes with a bit more lag. Of course, you will need custom maps to reach that, and if not going for aftermarket ECU you have to move things around a bit. MAF might not take it lightly with those kind amounts of recirculated air. So I'd say you need to move your MAF to pressure side when going that high. (And if keeping motronic, you also need a good guy mapping it, to work around maxed out MAF)

So it's always some tradeoffs to reach that 2x factory power even.

GT3071R with RS2 Maf is perfectly safe.

By the way,i noticed today that on 6th gear on full throttle,i get 1.9-2.0bar @ about 3200rpm and on 3d gear @ 3500rpm so i was i bit off on my statements before

S2 MAF is still working ok for my GT3071R setup.

Regarding the spool-up of the turbo; Same here
