    What happens @ 4000rpm???

    Hi

Attached is a hub-dyno graph (Flywheel torque & Hub Power). 95 octane.

    My stock (I believe) RS2 with 76mm, de-cat pipe...what is happening after 4000rpm?

The faint red curve on the Boost Graph is the RS2 (vs STI 22B)...see how the boost dies from a 1.6 peak to below 1?

Turbo has just been refitted with new seals and boost leak check done.

Maybe a silly question, but is your clutch alright? No slipping?

Boost curve looks about right, it should tail off, certainly on an S2 but perhaps someone can enlighten us on RS2 behaviour. 95 fuel definitely won't help matters, it'll start knocking so will retard the timing when the boost comes in, this could be your problem. OR perhaps as bram suggests, this is more of a mechanical issue or non-boost related.

Yeah Andy is right 1.6 is actually high for stock as it's 1.4 from the factory but the s" / RS2 ecu drops boost to redline it does not hold it.
