    Gulp...

You might have put the cam caps on the wrong way round?

          There are numbers on it.

If you loook closely i almost is impossible to do it wrong.

By the rings i meant if you look at the chain on the cams.
They have to be in one line with the head.
          Accrosing each other

I did do it wrong in the beginning,
          i but the bearings wrong.

i have put 6 in number 9 and te other way around,
          then it was stuck,

I took a bette look and saw that it was wrong swithced it around and it was better.
But i think it needs to be smoother than wat it is know.

Can i have damaged the bearings by puthing them at the wrong number order in the beginning\.
Or by thighten them to much.
I didnt have a Torque wrench thats why ive done it by hand,.

Torque setting for the bearing cap nuts is only 15Nm so it would be very easy to over torque is your doing it by hand.

              Buy knew cam bearings ?

I have to put some pressure when bolting down, to put the valve rocker in. is that normal ?

Its impossible to say if you've damaged the caps without knowing what torque you have applied. But stop until you get a torque wrench.

If you guess on assembling the engine it simply wont last.

Yeah its pretty stuped of me .

The other bolts i used a torque wrench but the garage i borrod it from need it back,

Tomorow i put the cams out and put them back on torque measruments.

Maybe then its over and turn moore smooth.
                  I hope so.

You can not over-torque these studs..... they simply snap when you apply much more then 15Nm. That happend to me 3x before.....

                      I have rebolted evertything.

Put it back and tighten it in the right order at 15 nm each.

It seems to be loosent up a bit.

But is it normal that it has one point where it turns a bit more difficult . ( looks like compression ore something )

I turned it by hand at the crankpoelie without spark plugs.
