Newbies here and need some helps on UrS6

my ride 1995 UrS6 with slushbox tranny.I start looking for kick my car faster with chips.I'm looking to some stage 1+ or 2 probably. The problem is my ECU has part no. 441 907 551 D that different from S-car sold in N.America which has 441 907 551 AA
on the Motronic. In case of ordering the chip for the manual tranny and chip on my ECU,Can it cause anything wrong on the motor or slushbox? I presumed that the chip has only remapped on the timing and another adjusted on the boost. There's nothing related on the slushbox.I also inquired the local Saab tuner who has been using the same chip on the manual and slushbox tranny w/o any problems.he said there should be no problems. as long as the motronic 2.3.2 is not that smart. So I need some of your idea on this situation? My car has been prepared to handle the chip already.
    brand new coil packs,POSs,Plugs,Boots,Samco,new k24,new stock IC,new fuel pump,new FPR,Alternator,radiator,condersor,Evaporator,Steer ing pump,WGFV,BPV etc.
that's all brand new on my car. Any ideas I'd appreciated.

I think Popdemonic's basic question is whether an AAN chipset for a standard transmission car will work in his automatic transmission UrS6 without causing issues with the auto tranny's separate but connected ECU. Pop's Motronic ECU is specific to the autotranny already, I believe.
