    ABY inlet cam bearing check.

Just got my 3 cams checked over by the tuning shop...and the ABY is deffo a goner.

The cam was centred on a lathe and the cam bearings checked for 'roundness' about the center line. These are the results in thou. displacement over the bearing points starting at the cam chain end.

    0, +6.5, +10, +11.5, +10 and +6.

The pair of 7A cams were also done and all came to less than 2 thou. displacement.

Take care out there guys with second hand cams.
    Carlos.

The heads no more, i am afraid.

I do have the other cam though, I will test all my OEM cams out of interest with a lathe and a dial gauge
