Oil pressure check valve differences

Was looking in ETKA and found that there are 2 versions of the check valve for the RS2 motor. They aren't listed if you look at the Audi Coupe/S2 motors.

The descriptions are:

077103175B
valve

046103175A
valve (for modified vehicles)

Both are the same price on world impex(USA Audi parts site), just wondering if anyone knows the difference between the two of them since if there is an advantage to one or the other I'd like the better one for my motor build.

Hate to say this BUT, this was discussed I think last week or the week before. Bet you could find it in the Engine and Turbo forum with a search.
