    Stroker and 2.2t software

    Hy!

As much as Ive remembered everybody who has built stroker engine, have used aftermarket engine management. I was wondering if it would be possible to use 2.2t software (lets say MTM tuning software) with stroker engine. If not, why its such a bad idea?

    Thanks,

    Marko

Pisobikers ran the RS2 2.2 motronics setup with his 2.5 stroker and rs2 turbo, you should ideally use a proper chip for it as the stroker will take in more air and it may need difference timing advance and Pisobikers peek boost was lower on the 2.5 than with the 2.2 on the same chip set.

Yeah, that's for sure that I can get the same hp number with lower boost then. My goal is to have the same spool up as rs2 turbo and get about 430hp. As we know green injectors are good for about 430hp (i have adjustable FPR). So when I'm using a bit bigger turbo than rs2 had and rs2 software with stroker engine, would it be possible? For sure the ignition map is for rs2 turbo but the most important thing is that I'm using software that's meant for those injectors (I have more than one tuning software for rs2). So guys, whats your opinion?
