On Standard S2 with the KKK26/27/29.8 i reached between 410 and 460hp (Using either OEM EXM or Wagner Evo EXM. Measured on a good dyno.)
If it should be a Garrett then a GT3071 with the PK Exhaust Manifold - no problem at all.
New 50e compressor flows almost 15% more air, with 7mm smaller impeller.
Also, You turbine is stg4, not 3, I think.
Dont know is this 54 or 57 trim but Ive got 422ps@5450rpm and 614nm@4400rpm with 3th gear on dyno. With 4th gear there was less power but torque was 617nm@3900rpm. These numbers are calculated with 25% train loss. Ran with 26psi.
I'm pretty happy with my t04e-50/stg3 (55mm/57mm) K26#8 housing. It's bolted to MTM spq K26 EM. With std cams it does surge slightly at around 2800 if I floor it from 2000 rpm on highest gear, but in normal conditions it never does. The rare stg4 turbine size or #10 housing might be even better. Currently running 1.6-1.7 bar from around 3500 to redline, 11.8 AFR and 920 egt. No figures yet.

All together I made three runs:
1. 4th gear, afr 12.8-13.0, 220kw at wheels;
2. 3th gear, afr 11.8-12.1, 233kw at wheels;
3. 4th gear, afr 11.6-12.1, 218kw at wheels.
Motor was at about 100 degrees. As we can see from these results, there was basically no difference between 12 or 13 afr. Maybe I would have got even better results with third gear if I wouldn't have touched the fpr.
