    Special Run RS2 turbo

Just curious about how many of you have seen this K24 1335 "RS2" turbo:

It was part of a run of new RS2 turbos done by KKK for Dahlback in the spring of 2004. A bunch of them were part of a GB and sent to North America for distribution by a Dahlback dealer. I have one. I just wonder if anybody else on this forum has one.

The OEM RS2 turbo is tagged K24-7200 however I've never heard of this special batch of RS2 turbo's before

As Jamo pointed out, even the real RS2 turbo name tag has "K24" in it, like this one:

The difference is this non-Audi Parts source turbo says K24 1335 instead of K24 7200.

K24 1335 244649062 where I think the 062 is the 62nd turbo in the run. I know of 061 and 063. I don't know exactly my number but I do know we bought about 24 of them in group buy back in March 2004.

It is very interesting for me as KKK "guru" .

Time to time I spot KKK custom made unique turbos (usually hybryds), which does not match any documentation I have.

Do you have any cold side pictures of this turbo (where compressor blades are seen)?

As much information (numbers, pictures), as you can provide - are very welcome.

I think the point europeanme was trying to make was that your original post stated K23 1335 as opposed to K24.

Very interesting though. I wonder how many are around and where they are.

                            Yes, K24 1335 (not K23 1335).

Sorry Mike. I didn't see the error (now edited until just now).
