JAAJAJA Rocco! Put your turbo around 2bar or 2.1bar and broke your heads!
MarT2, sell the K24/7200 and buy one Garret
PD. I have my car yet (today is out from my meca) and the frp is "outing" gasoline and the turbo works around 1bar only
Perhaps tomorrow come new frp...and a new N75 too
IMO - 1.9bar is pretty brave chipset upgrade unless you are monitoring AFR and EGT... But yes ~380bhp smells about right if you max out the RS2 injectors... Can't be room for much more on those at 3.8-4 bar. Just remember if those injectors are completely open at 4bar you are looking at ~415cc... And 90% cycle time gets you circa 375bhp going on rule of thumb with good petrol. You might want a bit more fuel pressure for headroom on RS2 injectors.
K24 7200 with rs2 injectors with 3.8-4 bar FPR are a very good spec for 1,7boost level but not for 1,9boost level true?? for 1,9bar it will need with RS2 injectors a 5 FPR true??

I think you should fit adjustable FPR (3bar to 5bar) - and a fuel pressure guage... This will allow you to give the RS2 injectors some more headroom and save lots of time... Also if the chipset you have is not perfect for mixture at WOT then you can adjust it easily. The ECU will perform mixture adaptation when cruising (within limits).
I also think you should put a relayed feed onto the fuel pump to give it a ~14V supply (as opposed to ~12 on factory wiring).
The RS2 fuel pump is higher spec than S2 by quite some margin, but you are asking for a lot of fuel flow approaching 7bar of fuel pressure and the higher voltage will give you headroom.
