I have had 2 prices for the RC the first said £50 notes and 3 days; the other £25 and 5 days. I am going with the latter as this will give me time to change the vaccum hoses, fit the Samcos, MarkH O ring and WGFV.The IM is also £25 notes to get coated....But i am undecided as whether to have the IM done at the same tho.....Last edited by jubjub; 13 May 2004, 23:08.Comment

What happens with all the faces where the gaskets sit and the interior of the IM, does this all get coated as well?

All the areas which you dont want painted are masked with high temp resistant tape.Comment

Just plucked a few numbers from the Yellow Pages. Mine was done in Crayford, although there were a few powder coaters about....as Sal says, cover up all the gasket faces and block up all the threaded holes up.Comment
