    Wastegate problem? no boost...

evenin all, my coupe is not boostin at all.
before i took it back it was runnin rs2 turbo etc, now its back on a k24 on large em.
so far replaced all vaccum pipe,n75 etc. Intercooler fine put mark- h mod on.
it runs an rs2 Wastegate and today i noticed its quite stiff inside. doesnt move easily up and down like my last 3 s2;s.
car runs below 1 bar and no more....i can hear air escaping as revs pick up. Boost leaks never usually beat me as ive had lots of them before and all usual suspects replaced.
could a Wastegate that is very stiff cause no boost at all?

was already on car before i took it back, usually they move freely up and down almost like they are not connected.
My one is well stiff and can only barely be moved with puttin lots of effort in. Its quite a new unit,(recon)with new diapragm

If its that stiff and consequently sticks open you would suffer loss of boost if it is shut and that stiff that it doesn't open you would get over boost.

        What spring is fitted?

            I´m in the same situation.
I thinking about my problem is the N75, because if I put a "faucet" the trbo is going around 1,7bar, but it´s not stable

the Audi is closed an I´m waiting to the second week of '09
