Yeah replaced that gasket plenty of times.

Get it from Audi, its the same part for S2/RS2 etc.
Not to expensive but cant remember the part number.

Might be worth renewing all the bolts and washers too with stainless steel ones , also you will need a long 6mm allen with swivel head or a long extension bar for a allen key ratchet bit.

I think i used 45mm ss bolts on the manifolds i replaced but im not 100% sure as it was a while ago..

        From Vagcat...

034129717K, couple of £'s, quattro corner's ya best bet.

N 90355902, bolts. Stainless will weld themselves into the alloy if not protected so be carefull.

          Oh yeh...

The washers are integral to the bolts...

              Lumpy idle...?

Plumbing shops will sell aerosols to check for gas leaks, 'smoke in a can'.

Try this as it may show up where the leak is drawing fresh air from, or do a proper job with the boost leak tester.

                  Bolt removal.

Buy a decent hardened long reach allen key, cut the short 'L' off it and then use a socket and wrench to remove the bolts.

If you 'spin' the heads on the bolts it will be a pig to remove them and you will learn to swear in 14 languages...
