Head gasket repalcement on an RR

It looks the head gasket on my RR quattro will have to replaced. The mechanic I use is going to give it a complete check first but he is 99% sure its the gasket. If it is the head will be given a total check & inspection.

If the head does have to come off, I might as well do some preventative maintenance at the same time, replace a few parts that are now easy(ier) to get to. What would you suggest I replace and what is needed for the gasket replacement?

metal head gasket
Head bolts
Inlet manifold gasket
Exhaust manifold gasket
water manifold 'o' rings
cam cover gasket
possibly turbo gaskets
cambelt
Idler
Waterpump
thermostat
valve stem seals
crank breather pipe

Anything missed off the list, even small stuff?

get the head reworked new guides as the exhaust guide are not the best common problem on audis of our type inlets show virtually no wear get a victor reinz head set as they are o.e equipment

I can supply a rs2 head set for £155 including head bolts and postage i am sure the RR headset will be about the same
