You can't use your aux rad top point as the aux rad takes hot coolant from the top of rad.

You need to take cooler coolant from the bottom of the rad i.e the bottom hose, but then this is a tee and after speaking to Mocal about these you need to flow ideal all coolant throw the oil to water cooler.

Bear in mind that any oil to water heat exchanger will increase the water temperature, ideally oil to air cooling would be a better solution if water cooling is marginal - which it might be at the hottest times in Spain.

(I see you're already using a large oil cooler!)

Yes but not as much as you think

I'm doing this, Terrybullwon was with me i've done all the research and it's better than air to oil

Especially heating the oil to operating temp quicker is a big benefit.

You need to put it in the heater circuit. That way you get the benefit of flow all the time including in the warm up phase to help speed the oil warm up.

In their time, Golfs and Metros were fitted with oil/water coolers that fitted between the oil filter and the oil filter housing and would end up extending the oil filter downwards by approx 100mm.

I have one on my mini, great item.

Plumbing it between the small metal pipe that comes of the thermostat to the rubber heater hose with bleed screw in is that what you are recommending

Thinking about the installation of the oil cooler & the way it will work

That is at start up it will help to warm oil to operating temperature.

I would think to take advantage of this it will be necessary to remove the oil thermostat control from the oil filter housing so this is not restricting oil flow when the engine is cold.
