On the computer sometimes red warning light is blinking and just doesn't stop. I think it is the cooling water sign and it should remind me that there is not enough water but it's not the case. Could it be somekind of sensor?

Had this problem too.
Check your cooling water reservoir again and if it's ok, then you have a broken sensor.
