Best option is 3076 .63 which will give you around 475 bhp

3071 .63 best all round driver.
2871 will be less laggy same bhp lower torque.
ive found a brand new 3071R with K24/26 flange, and available in either .63 or .82 for £899 (in the UK) is this a good price, and whats the difference between the .63 and .82?

theres also other options, 3 different compressor housing types, 4" inlet, 2.75" inlet and 3" inlet (alternate compact housing used on 2871R)

planned setup is - RS2 EM, RS2 IC, 3" turbo back system Rs2 injectors and remap/chipset

what sort of power would i see HP and torque, and would the std ABY rods be ok with this setup?

With RS2 injectors I think the turbo choice will not be your limit, but it will be your injectors if you run them on OEM 4 bar FPR.
So let's say 400-410 HP? So please save money for new injectors as well incl a better EM then the RS2 item if you want to take full advantage of the new turbo.

The kit needs to be picked by you, the bigger the AR the more the lag but more bhp, I have already posted the choices and the best option which you've quoted above.
