    Spacers engine mounts

Just think out loud, would it be safe to use spacers inbetween the engine mount and chassis on the two bolts to lower the engine on one side?

Don't see why not as long as they were suitably sized (i.e. not too tall or thin). Getting one machined to suit the profile would be best IMO. If you go ally then get it anodised to protect it and prevent excessive wear.

Well i'm planning on just chopping the ends of the old mounts and using them as spacers

That was my next question hehe

Suppose there's only one way to find out. Damned if I do, damned if I don't!

I think you just have to spend 1 day exploring the options when you play with the engine adjustments. It's always tricky, since the engine needs some movement clearance..... Especially side-ways. I guess you best focus on alligning the engine first and than make sure the snub mount gets 'fixed' at your crossmember. Have already purchased the red/hard snubmount from 034MS?

Don't really need one if you use a decent front mount although I have been offered one for free which I might take them up on that offer
