    Mobil Super S

Not Wanting to start yet another oil thread but; does anyone
have any views/experience with this stuff:-

The UK's largest independent supplier of automotive oils, fluid and parts. We've products to suit any vehicle, from full blown Race / Track weapons, to Daily Drivers looking to save money. Plus FREE expert advice & recommendations - OPIE KNOW OILS

Thought Mobil was a "quality" product and may be worth a try, Halfords do it
    for £20 sometimes.

    Cheers.

I use mobil 1 15w50 as my supply of Valvoline 5w50 dried up. Your really want a fully synthetic oil if you give the car some beef. VAG synta gold is a cheap synthetic oil from GSF but it's 5W40 so a little on the thin side. Helps if you have a trade card at Halfrauds as you'll get ££s off

No doubt that it's probably a good oil, for a semi-synthetic.
You really want to use a fully synthetic though ideally.
