breather PCV system hoses size

Does anyone know the breather system hose size?I dont have that accurate measurement tool and i need it to order some hoses for my breather tank.

I only need the one that is situated underneath the inlet manifold tube,OR the one tha tgoes to the MAF.I they are the same.I am not going to touch the smaller one of the 2 that is connected to the sensor/one way valve and pressure regulator.

I think its 19mm, I have got some spare silicone hose in that size, could send you some if you like..

yes that would be nice!
the tank i bought has 13mm inlet/outlet so i will need a reducer.I will ask roose if they have one,otherwise they might be able to build me a reduced hose.
