original rods by RS2 setup?

I am going to put a RS2 setup in my S2 ABY.
I dont want to change the original rods because its a lot of work and it costs a lot more.

Some people say, exchange the rods for stronger ones ,other people say ,no problem with original rods.

What do you guys think about the rods with a RS2 setup?
I hope for 360 PS and 500 nw

Easily work with the right chip setup. Too aggressive a map and the standard rods will bend under the torque

Get a generic map from S2central.net or MRC both are OEM rod friendly.

Yes ,the car gets a remap by a fine tuner here in holland.
Wich ammount of torqeu is safe for the rods by a misfire?
Is 500 torqeu to much or...

500-550 nm is considered the safe limit AFAIK, as long as it's limited lower down the range where then you'll be fine. I'd be tempted for one of those generic chips both are stonking mate.
