    Audi RS2 Bosch lambda probe

Hello, on my Audi RS2 I have the original lambda probe, Audi code 077 906 265, Bosch code B 258 892 081, I think this is the original lambda probe for the RS2 because also on the ETKA there is 077 906 265 Audi code. I have bought a new lambda probe directly from my Bosch dealer but the Bosch code B 258 892 081 is non existent and with the Audi code 077 906 265 he has give me a Bosch lambda probe that he tell that is the correct for the RS2, but I'm not sure, the new Bosch code is 0 258 003 995 on the lambda probe there is write also LSH23, the design of this new lambda probe is different from the original one of my RS2.
    Thanks a lot!

Well there are 3 different probes on the S2

Avant, RS2 and Coupe all have different part numbers and Bosch numbers, Vagparts had them listed but I haven't got the info noted down.

Speak to S2_Bo he was selling the Bosch replacements, infact look at his for sale thread it should have the number in it.

          talking about lambda....

it is possible if duplicate the wires from a wideband sensor for work with the wideband sensor to the oem ECU??? i am talking about with the same wideband can have the signal to the ECU and the same signal to the wideband AFR gauge.....

i am not sure if this pain will can be valid...

Yes it's possible, there's a few threads on it, speak to Slow2 he's done it.

You need a Bosch sensor with narrowband emulation for the ecu and wideband for the gauge.

              OK...interesting¡¡

aniway i am still working since around 1 month with the innovated motorsport wideband AFR + gauge and then of course i have installed 2 lambda sensors in my 3" downpipe ,one the original bosch lambda of my car to ECU,and second the new wideband. the wideband has been installed just in the final part of the downpipe whowing like in a clock the 14:00 hours... ALL works very good

the difference in the part numbers relate to the length of the cable attached to the probe, bosch lists the same part number for all variants in their catalogue, when I changed mine a year ago (using the same number Mike's posted), the only differential was the cable length , you can still get them from bosch for around £55

Hello, here http://www.mister-auto.com/bosch-son...030,a3922.html I have see that the Bosch lambda probe with code 0 258 003 957 post from Mikes2 is the correct lambda probe for Audi S2 Coupe 3B and ABY and also for Audi S2 Avant ABY, S2 Limo ABY and RS2 ADU.
