just fitted one of these.i got it in 63mm i.d. it's a bit loose on the x member pipe but doesn't leak when i tested it up to about 30 p.s.i. the only thing i've noticed is that the humps intrude at least 5mm,reducing the whole i.d. about 10mm.just need to pick up an intercooler off Grant Parker this afternoon and should have a sealed boost system for the first time in nearly five years.
