    500bhp requirements

Can anyone give me the lowdown on what parts are required to reach around 500bhp

    GT35r
Intercooler - What do people use? Is RS2 sufficient or what alternatives are there
    What about downpipe?
    Injectors?

What do people do about management can you get the audi ecu remapped or do you have to go standalone?

    Will the diff cope?

the diff would fix it, no problem

i think that the wagner intercooler would work great for 500 hp.
a good company in england are mrc, but vems has an plug and play box for our cars

a 76mm (3") downpipe should also work great

One thing i've learned we are way behind the Scandinavians!

Would you just fit new piston rings as you have to remove the pistons to fit the rods?

        Standard pistons ok then

Is the standard wastegate up to the job running the higher boost or is a 44mm one required?

i have seen high boosted 700bhp with standard wg, it depends on how much boos tyou will use, high boost = smaller wg is needed, because less exhaust that you need to take through the wastegate

edit: i think original is 38mm if i not remember wrong.

Are you sure.Ive always heard running higher boost requires a larger wastegagte because a smaller one cannot release the gas quick enough meaning you get really bad boost spikes
