The motorsport one is 10bar rated, think it's as repo says it can flow higher up.

Yes - I know of couple cars that ran 5bar FPR plus ~2bar boost on that fuel pump without problems.Paul Nugent

Fuel pump doesn't care about that... it 'sees' the pressure that is dictated by FPR plus whatever boost is present... There are flow graphs for the 044 pumps somewhere here - you can then see what fuel flow it can sustain at your 6bar operating pressure... Then decide if that is enough (with margin) for fuel needed at the redline on full boost.
A really nice simple mod for the fuel pump is to relay up a close power source to it... Fuel flow drops off at reduced pump voltage so old wiring can impact pump performance if it doesn't get good clean 12V minimum supply. You really want ~14V though with engine running.Paul Nugent

I don't liked that phrase. Because fuel pump relay switches off fuel pump in absence of signal of ignition control unit... in that case fuel pump working even with switched off ignition
OR
That is a big differece!i siply replaced the OEM cable with a bigger one.So it is still modulated by the OEM fuse

Pretty sure we are talking about the Bosch FP200 unit. See link below for some datasheet from Bosch. They don't include the flow graph unfortunately.
According to the highlight numbers the '044' variant is capable of flowing 200 liters per hour at 5bar. Note the 'high temperature reduction' of 30 l/h as well though and that this figure is specified for a 13.5V power source.Paul Nugent

Only reason i ask is because when i was messing with 1.8 20vt and 16vT the local tuner said that they wernt the right spray pattern for 4 or 5v per cylinder engines.
He said they would be OK but not as smooth as siemens or genisis injectors.Comment

Sounds like a load of balls to me...
Dunno if those green tops have single or quad spray holes - quads give finer 'atomisation' supposedly - but that isn't going to make any significant difference at idle especially.
True there are probably some installations where a particular pattern shape is produced by specific injectors but I've never heard anyone saying the 20VT head has any special requirements. Proof of that is that RR & 3B left factory with single jet injectors and the AAN, ABY, ADU has the quad holes...Paul Nugent
