Be different but how different is another matter, depends what they've done to it and what parts they've used.

It won't produce the same performance as it isn't an RS2 turbo.
It could give more top end with more lag, it could give less top end with less lag - I don't know what is in it.

Maybe he has machined the casing to match the RS2 casing on the inside.
When I had mine re-furbed they didn't give me that option. Maybe they were short on sales that month.
Mine was done at AET.
