Thanks for offer . Paul is now returning my original one that I know has worked before.
Having found a tiny leak on the inlet manifold hoses that I didn't think would make any difference was amazed to see boost increase to 1.2bar. Still cuts out to limp mode after a few minutes though. MAF on order now too..1986 Coupe q - 2281cc 3B, chargecooler, 2.75" exh & downpipe, ported head, water injection, CGR box, modified MD357 turbo, 440cc injectors, high power coil.

That puppy will boost to 1.4bar with a healthy ECU, good MAF and no air leaks !
Your stock ECU isn't going to put anything like as much stress on the air hoses, but it will sure help us find out if that spare ECU is a lemon...Paul Nugent

Blown turbo seals diagnosed on this one... It was a recently refurb'd turbo too - must not have been done properly for some reason.Paul Nugent
