355whp with GT3071R kit

We tested a S4 Avant (AAN) with the GT3071R kit from 034 Motorsports.
We pulled 355whp and 373nm at the wheels.
034 measures 348whp and 404nm on their dyno.
The S4 had a full 3" exhaust and Wagner RS2 EVO exhaust manifold.
Tested in 2nd gear, but with a test weight of 1975kg, the numbers would not increase so much when tested in higher gear.

Graph 1 shows power at the wheels.
Graph 2 shows torque at the wheels for the 3071 setup (1.6bar) vs my own RS2 with E85 setup with a similarly sized Turbonetics turbo at 1.9bar (lesson: get set up for enviro fuel )

torgue figures on the 034 graph are definitelly wrong. it is not possible to have constantly rising torgue as revs rise!!!!! Is it possible you entered your torgue and 3071R power figures?

3rd and 4th gear pulls will have a more traditional curve with the peak at lower revs.

Merlin, I run a Garrett intercooler 3" thick on my S6, which I bought from 034. It easliy copes with the GT3071.

Here is my result from last RR pull in 4th gear and 1.7 bar at redline, but with RS2 IC. I have no data on torque on the wheels for my run. HTH

It's a custom mapping, with different boost mapping, however redline boost is the same (1.7 bar) I think for my setup and the one from 034MS.

We did the test at night and the bulb in the gauge was broken, so I didn't see it myself, but the owner of the S4 claims that he sees 1.6bar peak.

With Mihnea's chip set on std RS2 setup I got 185wkw and 420Nm on the wheels.
With custom map (2bar max and 1.6 at red line) with the 034 3071turbo I got an estimated 265kw on the hubs and over 500Nm on the the hub dyno...different from the normal rollling road dyno used when it was RS2 spec.
However I am planning on changing to complete 034 generic map for the 3071 later this month.

do u plan on taking it to a 1/4 mile race?? b/c i want to get that kit but am curious what et it will run

1/4 mile tracks are pretty much nonexistant in this country, so I doubt the owner of the S4 will race it.
Check with 034, they should be able to provide estimated ET based on the weight of your car.
