In fact, at higher fuel pressure, AFR dropped into the low to mid 10's (too rich), so the factory piping would support even more whp.
Single 044 pump with 14.6v at the pump.
We usually uprate them above 400whp, just as a matter of course. We've run lots more through the stock line, but the pump has to work harder than necessary to overcome the pressure drop at those flow levels.

You can get aluminum hardline, and flare the ends to take AN style fittings. This is what I did in my 90, and what we usually do in the big power customer cars here.

For info I'm going to record the fuel flow delivered on the existing original setup just to see how much that has degraded in ~15yrs and 140k miles then see what the new stuff improves that too - I have a notion my fuel filter is a major limiting factor - just never bothered to change it before.
If you're measuring flow, you'll need to do it at operating pressures to get a meaningful result. Easy to do if you've got an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, or can apply some air pressure to the stock FPR. Then just measure the volume coming out the tank return line.

Good points. Note that I'm running E85 (actually E75 winter mix at the moment), so fuel flow wise, that should equal some 520whp on gasoline.
I'm sure that having 14.6v at the pump helps.
