Today i refitted a new rubber head gasket just to see if there is still a problem of leaks. Since i have used the tank for some time now,it was leaking even before that so im going to see if there is anything coming out.
What i found though was that although the side that goes to the MAF is completelly dry, the smaller tube is still giving in the top area of the head some blow by.
Is it possible that through the route of the catch tank there is now some kind of obstacle that takes most of the gunk through the small tube into the head?
I have cleaned and checked all tubes of the system,as well as replaced the check valve which is operating well,and i cannot pinpoint why this is happening.
the only thing i can think of is the carbon canister valve which is not currently operating with VEMS. Could that have anything to do with it?
