Whats the best to buy for fault codes

As the title,just got a 95 s2 Avant and would like to plug in to the fault codes/engine management,have laptop and would like to use that.

I was doing some research on this today as I am thinking of buying a cable and connecting it the S2 up to my laptop. After trawling through old posts the best/most approved of suggestion seemed to be www.ecutool.com.

I've had a look on this website and found two cables that they sell which should do but I'm not sure which one is best. Perhaps someone else can point us in the right direction?
