Can anyone give me the torques settings for ARP head studs on the AAN?

I think it's recommended that you do them up in steps, 20/40/65 ftlbs with the molyslip provided, as per Aelred's post. There is further info on the ARP site w.r.t. torques with different lubricants.

I do mine at 30 - 50 - 65 following the standard pattern for bolting down. Don't go any tighter as you will flatten the ridges in the metal gasket to much and it will leak.

I always put a pot of good quality rad weld in regardless of the engine type, never had any leaks.

i dont´know for you because i did 105 nm in 3 steps as Peter Kowaksch said me because my metal head gasket it´s from him. and after all Peter did a lot of our old engines with a lot of power levels.

where did you bought your 8´5:1 HG ??' 8´5:1 may it´s some low to for example the RS2 turbo potential true??
