Cost of a 2.5 stroker bottom end

Anyone like to share what it would cost to make a 2.5 stroker on a budget. ie cost of pistons, rods, rings etc. I have a AEL bottom end.

Looks like a stroker is my next project.

I think you can use the ABY pistons with modifications or custom rods.

i planed to order custom rods for stroker with tall block, stock piston, ael 95,5mm crank.
nobody made serious intrest for them. i can order minimum 20rods. i dont need that much.
if anyone intrested, we can make a group buy.

No you need custom pistons, ABY pistons would give you a CR of around 11 I have the calculations somewhere.

Also the pistons are dependant on what length rod you go for 155mm or 159mm

Audiman skimmed his pistons with no adverse effects, thus the same could be done here. Should have mentioned that the OE pistons might need work or custome rods...

No as the compression height of the piston needs to be changed for a stroker, Audiman used skimmed pistons in a stock block to change the CR
skimming won't work but be my guest to try
