Poor idle when cold & fault code

I took the S2 out for a run last night with the Lamda disconnected and what a difference it made. Its running so much smoother with it disconnected so the next port of call is to replace the lamda and hopefully this will solve my woes and I can get on and get the springs and exhaust done.

Well I got the lamda replaced and left a dent in my wallet but the car is now transformed and is performing how it should do. I think this problem has been getting gradually worse for about 18months until it was very noticeable and has now been solved and I am now very pleased.
