Urgent help with timing belt change

    Hi all!

    I'm changing the timing belt.

I have it fitted correctly, but when I tight the Big bolt, the engine can't rotate!

If I don't tight the big bolt, it rotate perfectly.

Anybody know if must be any spacer washer or something between the toothed pulley or behind?

Sorry for my english and thanks!

are you sure you have installed the accesories pulley right to the timing belt pulley?
    is only 1 position possible.
is a notch on the timing belt pulley wich has to go on the hole from the accesories 1.
    Hope this helps!
    Sorry for my english too!

Yes Pirvu, I fitted it correctly!

mcandmar do you know the reference (part number) of the spacer? It is too on ADU engines? Where goes it? Between oil pump and timing pulley? Or between the timing pulley and the accesories pulley?

        Thanks to all!

                    Thanks Jamo!

The spacer fits between oil pump and crank pulley or between crank pulley and accesories pulley?
